Loyal Amex customer .... propably no more
An American Express loyal customer for quite some time, paying 170€ per year for this, and channeling pretty much all spending through Amex.
So far just a “bit” pissed off for receiving now and then an offer to join Amex for free/extra points. Just bad CRM?
Now seeing where/how Amex uses the profits…. I will be an ex customer as of 3/2011.
